Pros
-Decent pay, nothing to write home about -Good benefits, good insurance -Great coworkers, really good people -Management is unintentionally hilarious
Cons
-The supervisors don't care about the employers, it's evident in the way they speak to us, in the way they act, and in the way they treat us. I have witnessed employees vomiting their guts out on the lines and the supervisors SEE IT and WALK AWAY without saying a word. -Home/life balance is next to impossible, some weeks will have insane amounts of mandatory overtime and other weeks you'll struggle to get your forty. -You will work your butt off for every dime they pay you. -The work is intellectually easy, but physically demanding, you will constantly be exhausted. -There's incentive pay but you have to watch your numbers like a hawk or management will screw you out of it on a regular basis. - We see you bend the rules for your favorites and rigidly uphold them for the people you don't like.
