Pros
This was my first job, and it was the best first job to get. They consistently hire first time workers. The training process reflects that. They are EXTREMELY flexible with hours. This is the perfect job for anyone who is in school part-time. It is also very easy to move up in the store. I started out as a crew member, and once the managers were impressed with my work ethic, after 5 months, they promoted me to crew trainer. A couple months later they offered me a manager position. Each time you are promoted there is an increase in pay. This was the perfect first job because It taught me work ethic, as well as many other skills. It is a challenging job, but it is completely worth it because it helps you be a better worker in the future.
Cons
It takes a while to get used to working till 12 or later at night, but once I got used to it I was fine. Also, long, fast paced shifts were a challenge, but that is easy to get used to also.
