Pros
- 50% off food - THAT'S THE ONLY PRO
Cons
- workload was HUGE. I mean HUGE. I was day staff and I was one of the only males working the day shift. The girls gave me a huge work load, they could not lift any heavy objects, they could not do outside work, it was unbearable. I now know why men receive more pay, generally speaking, in the economy. - My shifts consisted of taking the trash out, changing garbages, working the hot grill and deep dryers, organizing the skids, fridge and freezer. Now that I am looking back it was so idiotic for me to continue working there, the pay was nowhere near high enough for the work load that I was given. - Managers do not care about you or about delegating tasks equally among the crew members. - We were constantly short staffed because they could not find anyone dumb enough to work the day shift. - There were times when I was ALONE in the kitchen during daytime. Its okay to be alone in the kitchen during non-busy periods but not during the day. - I was basically FORCED to quit because of how exhausting the work was. I did not even give my two weeks notice, if they don't show me respect why should I show them any. - If you are a somewhat intelligent person you will find this job soul-crushing.
