Poor local management team - HRSC Specialist McDermott Employee Review

Pros

Relatively higher salary and allowances than other entry-level jobs, flexible hybrid work arrangement

Cons

Poor leadership skills of management team; One of their core value is well-being but does minimal to no effort to implement them to their employees; not enough recognition and engagement for the team; will encourage you to step up which would be the gateway for them to exploit you to do more tasks; micromanagement is becoming a culture; processes are changing every now and then without proper endorsement to the team involved; local management is more concerned with spoon-feeding HR partners and catering to all of their (extra) requests at the expense of a process being standardized—the process that the HR partners setup in the first place—and us as the backend support suffers
