      Good company culture. Management are very approachable. Day to day work is nicely varied, with plenty of opportunities to diversify skills and knowledge.

      Cons

      Better structure for hiring and training new engineers is needed to ensure that skills and knowledge align with job requirements.

      Pros

      Foot in the door. Some people are nice.

      Cons

      Poor work culture, each employee looks to dob in each other over embellished safety issues to gain brownie points with their bosses. Poor communications from project managers, they stay in their office and cant communicate with their workers. Company relocates people to Gladstone as full-time workers for actual temporary positions.
