      Pros

      I absolutely love working at McCarthy. Everyone who works here has a genuine care about the business. The people are hard working but also love to have fun. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

      Cons

      I have no cons- but if you prefer to work at home, this is not the company for you! Majority of the workers are out in the field but if you are in the office, you are in 4 days a week minimum.
