Pros

I was always very busy and was given challenging work that allowed me to really think Everyone seems to look out for you if you do a good job and don't act like a big shot Great compensation and always looking for new ways to innovate in the company's operations

Cons

Seemed like a bit of a divide in the culture of the older folks and myself as an intern

Pros

Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).
