Laughing stock - Production McCain Foods Employee Review

Nobody cares anymore. Management treats new hires better than veteran employees and everybody is taking notice - everybody is slowing down. Violent felons and sex offenders come in off the street and get paid the same as someone that's been here 15 years right of the bat... No probationary period or anything so none of them have any incentive to actually learn their jobs. So short staffed nobody cares what anybody does. Management should be ashamed of what they're doing here their policies are taking the company backwards and it's becoming an embarrassment
