Pros
High paying, low expectations, good work/life balance, bonuses can be very good, good vacation/holidays. If you can keep your head down, not care and do the minimum needed to get by, then this is the place for you. Everyone welcome. Odd balls should apply. No judgements.
Cons
No corporate direction, no one knows who can make decisions, big ship that needs turned around but no one has any idea or interest in doing it. Too much personnel and hierarchy for size. Need to get rid of a lot of lazy, do nothing employees - they have the wrong type of turnover.
