      The job itself is extremely interested.

      Cons

      Your job is not being valued, it is more important to have dinner with the CEO than your actual work. Toxic environment where those next to the CEO don't work at all. Harrasment cultural from the management and their cult to those who desagrees with them. We received day to day calls from providers who hadn't been paid requesting their money. Salary is not good enough for the reponsability that you have.

      Pros

      The employees doing the work are super talented, friendly and fun to be around. You could not ask for a better team of creatives.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking and there is no clear definition of roles and responsibilities. There is no life/work balance and the vacation days are lacking. Working from 9am to 9pm is a very common occurrence and seems to happen every day of the week. The late nights seem expected and not appreciated by leadership.
