      - Decent work life balance but depending on sector and bosses. - Still have mobile work arrangement. - Good annual leave benefits

      Cons

      - the most useless IT department ever, always no show and simply appear irresponsible. Take so long to just get simple issues fixed and results in our work efficiency being compromised - Pay not the greatest. Slow promotion

      Non permanent staff need to do more work and job scope, high responsibility but low compensation than permanent staff, even though better working quality provided.
