Extremely toxic work culture with a constant atmosphere of fear rather than trust. Severe micromanagement at multiple levels. Even experienced engineers are not given autonomy and are constantly monitored. Weak technical leadership, especially in core Java/Spring areas, resulting in poor architectural decisions and unnecessary rework. Blame-driven culture — when things go wrong, individuals are targeted instead of processes being improved. Frequent layoffs and poor communication, creating long-term job insecurity and anxiety among employees. No real work-life balance. Long hours are expected, and burnout is normalized. Limited career growth. Learning, mentorship, and promotions feel inconsistent and biased. High attrition, which speaks for itself.
