Frequent layoffs and poor communication, creating long-term job insecurity and anxiety among employees. No real work-life balance. Long hours are expected, and burnout is normalized. Limited career growth. Learning, mentorship, and promotions feel inconsistent and biased. High attrition, which speaks for itself.
