They don’t care about burn out. Don’t care if you facility is toxic. Under pay for the amount of stress and manipulation you will deal with at the work place

Compassionate about employees needs Willing to work with you should something unexpected happen Will always return calls within a 24hr period if they don't answer right away.

Cons

Due to contracting, PTO and sick time are set PTO is accrued and doesn't carry over
