Pros

Competitive salary, multi-racial and diverse colleagues

Cons

1. U-turn on benefits - What started out as a pay-and-claim and GL medical benefit is now co-pay (such as 5% of fee for hospitalisation). Every clinic visit requires an rm10 fee, and you must get a referral letter before going to a specialist, which is another rm20 fee. Imagine the hassle before a paediatrician appointment. 2. Retaining toxic managers - Exceptional young colleagues are leaving because of the actions of managers that already has one foot in retirement. Despite high turnovers in the team, these managers are still retained with little to no repercussions. Aging staff with low spirits and just waiting for retirement left to do the work. 3. No transparency - Important company-wide information are instructed to be spread by word of mouth. Most information are known through the grapevine. 4. Effort does not matter - Management priority is to “win” and “show me the money”. 5. Fully work from office but with bare minimum comfort - Flexi hours are allowed (7.30am - 10am) but air conditioning is only switched on at 9am, and those who come in early are forced to bring our own fans from home due to poor ventilation. Management instructs for meetings to be done face to face but not enough meeting rooms to support staff needs. Other facilities such as food at cafe, toilets, desk monitors are all in short supply.

Great teammates. Got to learn a lot on the job

Cons

LGBTQ stance, but not everyone practices it. They dangled the "chance to get hired for full-time" but didn't
