Pros
Good pay and business casual dress. You go thru a 4 week training which was intense but the trainers made it a fun environment.
Cons
We are supposed to have what they call on the job training for 3 weeks after the initial 4 weeks. They kept trying to get you off the OJT time frame and then give you about 2 weeks to not make any mistakes. If you like following a script when talking to Medicaid clients and sounding like a robot you will do fine. God forbid that you show any personality and empathy with the client.
