Pros
Great Benefits & Vacation. Pay is good for Junior/Intermediate level. Average to Below average for Senior Level. Some very nice people trying hard to do the right thing despite difficult conditions and upper management wholly unsuited to running a tech company.
Cons
Management seems well-meaning but has no idea how to run a technology company, they just have a body-shop mentality. Started off as a call-center company with a gold plated government contract with gobs of money just pouring in for 15 years and completely ignored the systems that were actually important and now are paying the price for making themselves completely replaceable. Software was secondary and the few good software people they had were treated like afterthoughts and every effort was made to make their job as difficult as possible. There is no career advancement path for technical people. Company only values managers and not the people who actually "produce" value. A real 70's mentality that way.
