Easy to get hired if bilingual Gets foot in door for customer service steady 8-5 schedule no skill required what so ever

Cons

you become a robot after the first 4 months the medi cal beneficiaries you speak to aren't the nicest pay is terrible, minimum wage for being bilingual because turn over rate is so high management see's you as just another csr
