people are friendly and that is all

Cons

stressful contact centre, keep monitoring everything, time you log in, log out/ break/ toilet break/ etc. back to bcak calls. not allowing you to slow down. QA team is nonsense. needing to work weekend with no exact pay

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

Just basically that it’s corporate and there’s a chain of title
