Pros
I was interviewed and hired amidst Covid lockdown. Even during interview they were flexible and understanding to sometimes switch to voice calls if i had network disruption. The induction and initial training were also online, the HR kept everyone active and fun. After joining during the initial period my team helped me a lot to understand the new domain and pick the ropes of their product. Team member are also supportive in sharing the work load when required.
Cons
You need to be open to do other jobs that may not fall in your title. Like testing and documentation. It is only a con if you want it to be, in the end if it helps you do your job better that it is a win-win.
