We've introduced a number of initiatives over the last number of months to make sure every voice is heard - including our Commitment Code, performance building programmes, regular engagement surveys, and skip-level conversations. We actively encourage people to raise ideas and suggestions, and we're committed to making that feel safe and worthwhile at every level.
We also review our compensation regularly and are committed to ensuring it's competitive - it's something we take seriously as we continue to grow, and we always welcome conversations around pay and benefits.
