Good place for experience - Staff PTA Max Well Therapy Employee Review

I have really enjoyed my time here at Maxwell. I’ve been here for 12 weeks, and from the start, I felt extremely supported and part of the team. The leadership team was always there to answer my questions or help me find something in the clinic. I’ve built relationships with the OT/OTAs, PT/PTAs, and the front desk employees- relationships I’ll truly miss. My Level II fieldwork has come to an end, and I honestly wish I could stay and begin my career as a OT here at Max Well! The clinic has so many great resources and tools, and everyone is welcoming, helpful, and willing to share their knowledge.

The only downside I experienced was the later hours, which might not work well for everyone depending on their personal schedule. My commute was about 55 minutes each day, so the longer travel time combined with the later hours was the main reason I considered this a con.

I enjoy all the people I work with, they are like a family. Our leadership team is easy to communicate with and very supportive. Able to work long days and have a 3rd off.

For some it may be the late hours as we are open until 7 to provide service to school age children and others who work early hours.
