Pros
Very flexible regarding work schedule or hours. Upper management is accesible to any kind of situation, and work peers are super friendly. Good salary at least from my position and perspective. Its almost a 100% remote position, only had to go to the office every once and a while for company wide meetings or a visit from the CEO.
Cons
A bit of disorganization when it comes to tasks responsibilities and management. Some areas and employees at times were against optimizing processes and accepting accountability, so it can be frustrating to propose an idea that usually it would not have the appropriate follow up from upper management.
