Too High premium insurance cost

Easy going warehouse management. Decent condition trucks. Generally everyone gets along. Plenty of holidays. 2 weeks vacation.

A LOT of micro management from corporate and administration. Cant stick to one system. They are always changing things around and ends up being more inefficient. No 401K. No opportunity for growth.
