Cons
Lack of transparency: Managers and MD ascertain among themselves where to place junior/mid level consultants, without taking in the consent of the said consultant. Its a one man show: The powers of various departments, like HR, SAP Support, Module leads are diminished by the fact that the MD likes to keep a very tight leash around everyone's neck. The HODs are not able to take even the smallest of decisions and its because of policies like this that efficiency of the team takes a hit. No fixed HR policy: No fixed policy on increments, leaves, notice periods. The concept of Goal Sheet is non-existent and there's no year end dialogue with MD or manager. The increment is done based on the "Feel" and not hard facts.
