      No pros, this company doesnt care

      Cons

      Mavis took over our company. The same day they cancelled everyones health insurance without telling us, cut our PTO time and reduced our pay. They were rude and would d not provide us with information. No care for employees. Also disconnected the phone number to our local shop so now customers checking on their car must call out of state instead of directly to the shop where the car is

      Weekly pay, Great RTM, weekly bonuses.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, when Store manager doesnt know the answer to something says not to ask RTM.

      Being able to help ppl in need

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
