The environment is fast-paced and constantly evolving, which creates a lot of exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work on impactful projects. You’re given real ownership, and there’s a “roll up your sleeves” culture that allows you to learn quickly and develop a broad skill set. No two days feel the same, which keeps the work engaging.

      Priorities shift frequently. As the company continues to grow, there are still opportunities to improve processes and cross-team communication to make execution more efficient.

      Very low pay for the salary They keep adding more and more thing on us as managers. makes us work more hrs for the same pay. Can barly afford to live off of you have a family Can have 2 days off in a row make it so you have no work life balance
