      Some store level teams are filled with interesting and great people.

      New ownership has eroded the family business feel and removed many policies that promoted employee welfare and attracted professional staff.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
