Pros
You get paid every other week but it's not always on the same day or at the same time.
Food is 50% off...sometimes...depending on what I don't know. Because it says 50% off when you buy your food, but the total is NOT half off.
Coworkers and customers are usually pretty cool
Cons
They cut hours with no notice no matter how long you worked or how dependable you are.
They change schedules often the NIGHT BEFORE your next shift
They never give you positive feed back
There are never enough staff, and you get in trouble if you can't get everything done.
The sheer amount of work for the few employees at any given time is disgraceful.
NO breaks
NO lunch
You don't leave at your scheduled time because there is so much left unfinished. But you get in trouble for that as well.
You have to submit schedule changes 2 weeks in advance, but you don't know your schedule until maybe 3 days prior.
Not nearly enough training!!!
Everything in the store is broken and takes forever for it to be fixed.
There is ZERO communication Re; what is relevant for day-to-day operations for the front end. You are constantly learning by default.
High performers are taken advantage of until they burn out.
Problem solving gets you talked too.
They say they want to hear what you have to say but NOTHING changes.
