Pros
Nice people and good culture. Strong product market fit for manufacturing industry.
Cons
Lack of experience across leadership team. Especially Sales and Marketing. Little to no marketing function. Website is outdated and demo request button, unbeknownst, wasn't working for quite some time. Pay is low and they try to use the cheapest software tools (or free versions) which makes work life difficult. Leadership provides very little feedback and transparency into how they measure employee performance. For example, not giving quotas or a framework to measure performance and what success looks like. Sales leader is in individual contributor and is too busy for the reps on his team.
