Very small company don't join - Junior Software Engineer Maven Tech Services Employee Review

It is too small company only 10-15 employee. Late night working culture, they have some old employees who watches other employees work, desktop (what are employee doing other then work on Internet). Limited access of Internet. Salary increment is too bad. Drity politics from old spoon employee. No development process. QA team work like team leader, a team leader doing time pass whole day.
