Protecting the male leadership is her real job - Middle Management are all yes people and are scared to tell Leadership how they poison the culture - Male Toxicity at its BEST. CEO is a control freak who is desperate to make this product work but when you see the numbers brands are unhappy - Is there an unhappy brand? Well, don't worry you'll be the scapegoat for the failure and not that the product is a poor man's LTK with no quality influencers - The inappropriate scolding from the C-Suite toward women is overlooked - If you live in the Chicagoland area, RUN! They make the Chicago people go into a WEWORK not an actual office. - Work/Life balance: Nope, Slack messages on a Sunday! You want to take 20 mins to pick up your kids, Don't even think about it.
