Pros

The purpose and mission is truly remarkable.

Cons

This company has AMAZING values...but the leadership team will use those to guilt trip you and not hold themselves against. They use a lot of rules - a LOT of rules - to micromanage their staff. There is a huge turnover in the headquarter office and at first you wonder why. Then you realize that there's so much disingenuity. When you speak up against an idea, you are labeled as someone who isn't a team player even though they "encourage" ideas and buy-in, but it's just words to make you drink the juice. I truly love what they stand for, the mission is good and honorable...but the leadership (particularly the president) is not an honorable person. They sell the "mission" but really it's a way for her to line her pockets. She says she cares and they pay competitively...but that's not true.

Pros

Easy access to discuss anything with the executive team, CEO, President, and Vice President really care about employees. Executive team knows employees and their family. Belief in God and very faith based. Executive team shares company success with field employees through bonuses. They have also taken care of field staff during times of inclement weather and disasters.

Cons

Sometimes some long hours, especially during travel.

Pros

The ability to work for a company that helps others.

Cons

Executive team- Messages would pop up durning meetings or messages would be left on computers where other employees could read them. Messages from President of company talking about others performance or making of of other employees. CEO is completely out of tune with his business. He always has a comment for everything and cleary does not what he is talking about. He is only in for the money. Vice President oversees alot of the work but micromanages because the President is not in the office and is constantly wanting updates. Office is overran with the executives kids and lack of experience in a professional setting. 7 out 13 positions are held by a family member.
