Pros
1) Daily work is diverse which keeps it interesting. 2) The job allows for hands-on learning, yet requires self-initiative and motivational drive. 3) Management: Fair 4) Reward of self-gratification of succeeding and surpassing hurdles. 5) Most enjoyable part of the job is helping others, diversity, and being a part of change and making a difference.
Cons
1) Multitude of distractions, yet expected. Although, would enjoy completing tasks w/ more focus and less disruptions. 2) A lot of employees complain, yet fail to become involved in the solution. Instead of accepting fault or lack of initiative, they blame it on management. It takes everyone to create morale in the workplace, not just management. Every business has it's gossip and toles on morale, but it comes down to employee interaction and reaction. 3) Most difficult feat of the job is having to take on a tremendous amount of responsibilities and balancing priorities.
