Pros
Company has extremely good policies and are focused around being "customer-obsessed". Actual clothing line continues to improve, and you get a 40% discount. Very centered around training, and there is a lot of room for advancement
Cons
Performance is based on your sales, which creates a competitive aspect in the stores. This can cause some strain amongst your coworkers, and sometimes coworker's integrity is questionable, such as "stealing" a sale or an earned credit card application from you.
