Where to start; Lowest salaries, the senior management like lip service, very political for such a small company, fact that they used covid to get rid of people says a lot and had the audacity to relaunch and rebrand literally the same week people were let go, that says everything about this place. Honestly, mid management has to be one of the worse, just poisonous place to work for. And one manager in particular is Out to get you. All junior reports can’t say or won’t say anything, a very yes man culture. No personal development, no structure, chaotic and unorganised just as management. Local Management, technically maybe good, but gets into Unhealthy competition with peers.
