      Pros

      Relaxed dress code. As long as your work is getting done, you are allowed to work without having someone hanging over you. Fast paced. Lots of new things to learn to keep your brain active.

      Cons

      Regarding performance - very little input from management until there are mistakes. Training is almost non-existent.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
