A lot of people don't care, not motivated. It seems like they just waiting to be retired. Salary freezes, limited to no career advancement, the monthly goals are very hard to achieve, considering that people do not even try.

Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
