- Non-diverse student body - Lack of language proof from students (hard to communicate with them, they dont understand) - Lack of clearly outlined policies and procedures. Things change all the time - No benefits package

Good working environment. Helpful staff. Teachers very helpful. Ok with salary. Good place to work as a part time worker.

The working hours not always as you expect. Do not provide any equipment for work from home. No any benefits such as insurance etc.
