Pros
You have a job....but it’s VERY low intelligence and if you have a brain, you’ll hate it! Any positive reviews on this site are written by Matrix management because they can’t get good people to apply!!
Cons
The airlines they cover are very low end. Management are extremely unprofessional, not well educated, and more worried about signing the stupid time sheet than how you deal with customers!!
