Pros
Most of the people there are very friendly and welcoming. The firm has a good developing plan, and it's receptive to new technologies and design typologies, even though in the end projects level remains definitely average. You are encouraged to work on your development as a professional, which is good.
Cons
The CEO is not a bad person per-se, but he is so cheap that he will act in the slimiest way to save a couple of bucks: after asking me to keep working when I gave him notice of termination, he literally told me to empty my desk in an hour. He found somebody else and wanted to save on a couple of days salary. Days off? Just work from home. Impossible clients' requests as long as the firm get the job? "We can make it, gang!" All of this a side of guilt trips, passive aggressiveness and mood swings. Forget about benefits, obviously
