Unorganized Revolving door in HR Toxic work environment Upper management is very condescending and has unrealistic expectations

Salary was amazing and perks were superior. Owner is friendly. Work life balance was great. I mean no company you just sit and do nothing so you work because that is what job is for.

I am surprise how many people quit every couple months. Very odd. Not sure why. Owner has a temper that can be heard across the office. Not the most diverse crowd at work and some ignorant.
