Pros
Positive culture; good set of people to work with. Endless, but slow, possibilities if you understand the system, and know how to operate with a positive attitude and lots of patience. Very cool technology that's coveted by engineers developing some of the complex systems in the world. Decent competitive perks, and comparable compensation depending on your role/experience.
Cons
As the company has grown over the years, it's gotten harder to navigate the internal processes and systems. Lots of long timers around - both a pro and con - changing mindsets is hard but possible if you have the wherewithal. Thinking out of the box is a rarity; conformity is valued - mavericks are sometimes tolerated if they add value without rocking the boat too much.
