      Pros

      There is a lot of creative exploration here, and the best part is the opportunity to connect with global clients. I get a chance to work on new technology with different clients to bring out something new. Moreover, appreciation from the senior management in the form of a good increment is the best thing.

      Cons

      Sometimes unclear project goals make it difficult to plan things.

      There are no pros that I can think of

      Cons

      Stay away from this company at all costs. Besides offering pay below market rate - Incompetent HR Team, incompetent coworkers who cannot fulfill basic tasks, toxic management who blame individual workers where there are no tools or systems / frameworks to set up an employee for success. By far the worst company I have ever worked at for the entirety of my career. I have never in my life cried so much at a job before.
