Pros
I have been working with MathCo for the past 6–7 months as part of the campus hiring team, and it has been a very productive and rewarding experience so far. I have clear clarity on my responsibilities and the autonomy to plan and execute my work effectively.
One of the key positives is the ownership I am given in my role—my contributions are acknowledged, and my suggestions are genuinely considered. The team creates ample space for me to leverage my skills and solve real problem statements, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
The management is understanding and accommodating, with a healthy work culture that offers a good number of leaves and flexibility through work-from-home options. Additionally, MathCo provides great opportunities to network with mentors and cross-functional teams through various internal initiatives.
Overall, it has been a wonderful journey so far, and I look forward to continuing to grow with the organization.
