Incredibly stressful work due to jobseekers on Centrelink being stressed out because their payments have been suspended - pretty constant verbal abuse from Centrelink clients. Having to deal with constant issues with Centrelink. Unresponsive Job Network representatives. Very large office, so there's often hot-desking involved and an impersonal office environment. Pay was monthly.

Great team culture and supportive management. Opportunities for growth and skill development.

Workload can be heavy at times. Limited flexibility in remote work options.
