Although it was a virtual internship, the founder still made the effort to engage interns and have bonding activities. She also made the effort to give work that suits your interests, (or help you figure out your interests if you do not know what it is).
Cons
Still early-stage of development, so you create your own opportunities (not necessarily a bad thing, just depends on what kind of learning opportunities you are looking for. Whether it is to be given more freedom to figure things out, or learn more about the industry from the job )
