Pros

I worked with the Matauro advisors for five years . It was a phenomenal environment to to learn what it takes to be a true wealth advisor and understand the little things that go into helping families reach their financial goals. Matt, Barrett, Steve, and AJ do a great job at teaching macro wealth strategies, client retention, and operational systems. I can’t thank them enough for the advisor they helped me become and I wouldn’t change my experience working along side them for anything.

Cons

The team is still relatively new from industry standards, so they are finding the right systems to fit their growth. While some may see that as a negative, it could also be a positive for potential advisors and employees that want to be part of a growing organization.

Pros

One of the biggest pros of an internship at MATAURO is the freedom to make what you want of the experience. The old saying "you get out what you put in" is very applicable to this internship because from your first to last day, interns are given the independence to work on projects and define their schedule. It's this culture of independence that makes the experience so rewarding as you come out a self-sufficient worker, an invaluable skill for any future profession.

Cons

Should have had more collaborative projects for the intern team, as opposed to separated assignments.

Pros

-time management - studying for series exams and working hard at work -door is always open to learn, ask questions -experienced upper management -goal oriented - if you hit/surpass daily goals consistently you will succeed under this management

Cons

-tough for longer commutes because if you want to do well its not the typical 9-5 job (if you plan on studying for series exams while working with a long commute don't expect to get much sleep) -cold calling
