Cons
It's almost unbelievable how bad this so called "co-op" is run.
1. If you are not friends with management you will go nowhere.
2. Some departments like marketing are way overstaffed, they do not contribute at all and just like the leader of that department they sit at home all day "remote working"
3. There are obvious "clicks" within management, if you are not part of them you will go nowhere.
4. Nearly all managers, directors and VPs "remote work" while most other staff must come into the office. During virtual meetings with the higher ups you can easily tell not much "remote work" is happening.
5. People are written up and terminated just to justify some leaders positions
