Pros
If you have no work experience it’s a great place to start because they usually hire basically anyone. Easy to get more skills through the business because it’s become such a temp job they’re constantly needing to train new employees.
Cons
Absolutely no focus on mental health of the staff. Not allowed over 8 hour shifts. Takes years to get your contract bumped from just 8 hours. Small management team so it’s hard to get any focus on your progression. You won’t get a rota until the working week is nearly to a close for the following rota. Can’t plan anything around it and you must live day by day.
